Over the next six months we will be adding more people to our team, enabling us to support even more older adults to live independent and active lives.
About the role:
As a Support Worker you will be providing support and care for individuals aged 65 and above in the Gippsland community.
- Permanent part time positions available (hours offered will be dependent on your availability)
- Flexibility to work your shifts between 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri (with some weekend shifts).
- Enjoy a diverse range of visits to clients' homes, covering areas from Morwell to Traralgon.
- Benefit from a base hourly rate of $30.61 to $30.94 (depending on qualifications plus superannuation, and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging.
- We welcome applicants with or without Certificate III in Individual Support or its equivalent.

Who are you?
Your main focus will be delivering high-quality, person-centered care. To excel in this role, you will need the following:
- Genuine passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
- A valid driver's licence.
- A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
- Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend shifts
