We’re seeking fun-loving Community Support Workers to brighten the lives of older adults! We have 9 part-time positions available for both qualified and unqualified support workers. Travel around the beautiful Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas is required. Join us in making a difference!

What You’ll Do:
- Care & Companionship: Offer meaningful support and interactions.
- Daily Assistance: Help with personal care, household tasks, shopping and more.
- Make a Difference: Enjoy the satisfaction of positively impacting someone’s day.
- Fun Activities: Assist with daily tasks and sprinkle some fun into their routines.
- Be Their Sunshine: Spend quality time with older adults, sharing laughs and adventures!
What you'll bring:
- Passionate Helpers: Genuine interest in supporting older adults.
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or its equivalent.
- Must-Haves: Valid driver’s license, reliable car, basic tech skills. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain.
- Make an Impact: Strong skills in listening and engaging, insuring that clients feel heard and valued.
