The Position

 

Our Activity Centre teams provide centre-based day respite services to support our clients and their carers to achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes consistent with our commitment to Person Centred Care.

 

As the Manager Activity Centre Operations, you will be accountable for the development, performance, productivity of the team and the quality of service. As a leader you will be passionate about dementia care, will guide your team deliver tailored support to our clients, many of whom are living with dementia. As a business leader, you will ensure operations and performance demonstrate a clear return on investment, continuous improvement, and collaboration with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for Budgets & P&L, and setting realistic KPIs for teams that empower them to deliver amazing service to our clients.
