As a Workplace Health & Safety Partner at integratedliving, you'll leverage your wealth of expertise and experience to deliver tangible outcomes, contributing significantly to our safety and wellbeing objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Utilise your expertise to provide guidance and assistance to cross-functional teams, conducting meticulous research, analysis, and evaluation to devise robust business solutions.
  • Play a pivotal role in interpreting and implementing organisational policies and procedures, serving as a subject matter authority in workplace health and safety.
  • Contribute to initiatives and strategic projects, providing insights to optimise business outcomes.
  • Tackle critical challenges in fire safety, psychosocial incidents, and injury management, ensuring strict adherence to legislative requirements and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Utilise data to identify trends, measure safety performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with our senior leaders.

 

Top Challenges & Opportunities:

 

  • Fire Safety Adviser Role: Apply your certification and proficiency to deliver internal fire warden training and fortify fire safety protocols within our organization.
  • Psychosocial Incidents: Navigate evolving legislation and adeptly manage perceptions and reactions, particularly in performance management and client behaviour within the healthcare sector. Drive uptake of psychosocial risk controls.
  • Support leadership teams in all regions with Health and Wellbeing risk management, reporting Health and Wellbeing change activities.
  • Provide support to the RTW Partner in complex workers compensation cases.
