Your Role as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to elderly clients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being and comfort. Your compassionate approach and dedication will make a significant difference in their lives.
You will have the opportunity to work multiple Permanent Part Time shifts, offering flexibility and a minimum guarantee of 40 hours per fortnight. Travel between services is paid at a competitive rate, and you will receive a travel allowance for every kilometre covered.
Your Profile
If you have a genuine passion for working with the elderly, we want to hear from you. Your ability to use technology, hold a current driver's licence, and possess a reliable vehicle will be essential for this role.

Competitive Salary & Benefits
You will receive a base hourly rate of $30.61 plus 11.5% superannuation, with eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging offering tax benefits of up to $15,900. In addition, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career.
