The Position
Be a part of our Health Services team in this newly created Administration Officers - Health Services position. The Administration Officers will mainly focus on providing service and support through administering a specific range of defined policies and procedures through to completion in support of a team, service or function.
- Permanent Part Time - Wednesday. Thursday. Friday start 830am 7.6 hr shift

This position is in Remote working, however the successful applicant will be responsible for potential face to face client contact for service promotions, if required as per business requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Health services , the Administration Officer will be responsible for providing business and operational support and service through the coordination and administration of a variety of procedures, including scheduling day to day work processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for the team and liaising with others outside of the team. This position may also involve supporting a specific team and providing administration support for services, projects, or special events designed to support the function or integratedliving.
In this role you will implement procedures based on both internal guidelines, adherence to relevant legislation, informed by precedence, knowledge, experience; escalates decisions outside of the procedure and makes recommendations for appropriate action. You will be accountable to meet the agreed service standards and/or timeframes for completion of procedures relating to business and operational activities such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll and HR administration, and operational service provision. This role will involve analyzing and collate reports and statistical information and presentations within area of activity.
Skills and experience
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Allied Health, Nursing Support, or similar OR,
- Over 2 years’ experience in working in an administrative support role in a human services business such as aged care or health care
- Exceptional organizational skills to support a fast paced work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse range of clients group
- Confident in using different forms of technology such as Microsoft 365 applications, Video conferencing via MS Teams, Zoom, Laptops, emails and internet
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing industry
- Confident in your abilities/and or administration experience
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs
