Position Overview:
- Type: Permanent, Part-Time - 32 hrs./FN
- Hours: Mon & Friday 0700- 1430 (7 hrs.) and Alt Sat 0700-1100 (4 hrs.)
- Location: Serving Ballarat and surrounding areas
- Travel: Must be willing to travel for client care

What you need to be considered for the role?

Understanding of community nursing and primary health care principles, including working within a consumer-directed care framework

At least 1 year of experience in community, acute, or aged care

Experience working independently or as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with electronic devices and client management systems (smartphones, tablets, laptops, email, etc.)

Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
-
Experience providing advanced clinical care, including chronic disease, medication, palliative care, catheter management, stoma care, wound care, and diabetes management
