About the Role

What You’ll Do:
- In-Home Support and Assistance and Personal Care: Assist with cleaning, meal preparation,showering, medication assist and other household tasks.
- Social Support: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to combat loneliness.
- Health and Wellbeing: Support initiatives to improve the physical and emotional health of clients.
- Travel Across St. Helens: Enjoy visiting various clients in areas like Scamander, St. Mary's, and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Passion for Helping Others: Genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults.
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
- Must-Haves: A valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and basic tech skills. First Aid/CPR and National Police Check required or willingness to obtain.
- Compassion and Engagement: Ability to listen, engage, and build relationships with clients.
