We are currently recruiting for a new Support Worker to join our team based in St. Helens to provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep), social support, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients. As a Support Worker, you will join our esteemed national team of community services professionals, dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of older clients in the St. Helen's community and surrounding areas
- Permanent part-time opportunity (offered hours will be dependent on your availability)
- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 30 hours per fortnight availability required
- Enjoy a diverse range of visits to client's homes, covering all areas throughout St Helen's including Scamander, St. Mary's and surrounding areas
- Preferred availability from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm
- Benefit from a base hourly rate of $30.61 (plus superannuation, Km's reimbursement, NFP salary packaging)

Who are you?
Your main focus will be delivering high-quality, person-centered care. To excel in this role, you will need the following:
- Genuine passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
- Must have a Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Equivalent
- A valid driver's licence.
- A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
- Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
