The Position

- You will conduct health assessments to evaluate client's needs and create plans, recommendations and take corrective actions
- You will work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to the client and liaising with their carers, case managers & other health partners

What will you need to be considered for the role?
As an Allied Health professional at Integratedliving, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on promoting the wellbeing of older Australians, helping them live independently in their communities. In this role, you’ll conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients, addressing complex situations and making tailored recommendations for their care. This includes both telehealth and face-to-face consultations.
You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients with unique needs, including dementia, housing issues, access to services, and elder abuse, providing you with the opportunity to truly make an impact. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to cross-functional projects and run group discussions.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Psychology recognized by Psychology Board of Australia
- Full AHPRA registration or provisional registration with an external mentor
- Satisfactory Police check and current Frist Aid and CPR
- Current driver license and ability to travel for client care
- Ability to work remotely as a lone practitioner
- Sound clinical knowledge and ability to deal with complex issues
