About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Activity Centre Team Leader to lead our dedicated team of Activity Centre staff and volunteers across Raymond Terrace and the Central Coast (Gorokan, Gosford, Woy Woy).
This is a permanent full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement – combining work from home with on-site presence at our activity centers. As a not-for-profit organization, we also offer salary packaging benefits.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a geographically dispersed team delivering social engagement and respite programs to clients and carers.

Oversee volunteer coordination, onboarding, and induction processes.

Ensure strategic goals are translated into meaningful, client-focused outcomes.

Manage program planning and service delivery to meet diverse client needs, particularly those living with dementia.

Monitor team performance and drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant Qualification: Certificate IV or higher in Community Services, Human Services, Management, or Health.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead teams within community services or aged care, ideally with experience in dementia care.
- People Management: Strong skills in motivating, developing, and managing team performance.
- Compliance Requirements: Valid First Aid/CPR certification, current National Police Check, and a fully insured, registered vehicle.
- Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel regularly between multiple service locations.
