The 0pportunity: 

The Supply Coordinator will be an integral part of the Operations team ensuring inventory is available to meet the delivery and quality requirements of customers. The areas of responsibility will include cost-effective purchasing of Hardware, Consumables, Spare Parts and Software whilst maintaining inventory levels of stocked items and ensuring data integrity. Other key responsibilities include Data Analysis and Reporting for our internal Customer Care, Service, Project and Sales Teams.

Essential Criteria: 

This position offers a driven, problem-solving individual an exciting opportunity, where you will have ownership and accountability for managing internal and external stakeholders. You will possess: 

 

  • Strong analytical skills, as well as conceptual and critical reasoning
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of people
  • Preferred working knowledge of Microsoft Navision 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
