Start your journey with our exclusive 12-month immersive trainee and apprentice program then a further 6-month traineeship designed to unlock your potential (total 18 months). This will be your foundation as we continue to support you in achieving your construction qualification and empower you to reach your full potential. This training is proudly funded by the Queensland Government through its Skilling Queensland for Work Initiative – First Start Program. This program is designed to ignite the careers of enthusiastic and driven Queenslanders from all backgrounds seeking a stepping stone into the workforce, offering the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification and practical experience in a supportive environment.

In the role of Civil Construction Trainee, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of manual labour and small plant operations associated with the delivery of civil construction projects and tasks within our City.
