In the role of Protective Services Trainee, you will form part of a team that safeguards our city and its people. This is a unique role that will provide hands-on experience in security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response. You will contribute to a safer community by ensuring the security of our facilities and assets.

• build relationships with internal and external customers
• assist in monitoring locations to identify potential security risks
• assist in responding to security incidents promptly and effectively, following established procedures
• engage in the operations of security systems and equipment such as CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, locksmithing and organising guards and patrol services

• A self-starter eager to learn about a variety of systems and support efficient responses to customers and sensitive situations
• Tech savvy individual who is organised
• Good communicators with basic language, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow instructions in a high-risk environment
• Successful completion of Year 12

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the qualification and be able to work full-time.
