In the role of Trainee Fleet improvement, you will form part of our team that works on exciting Fleet projects, business improvements, systems and initiatives across the City of Gold Coast. 

• Communicate and build relationships with internal and external customers
• Access, operate and maintain project management systems, documents and databases
• Perform general project, business and administrative tasks including manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings
• Use digital and online systems with your project support tasks

What are we looking for from you

• Team players who positively contribute and embraces change
• Highly motivated and proactive problem solvers who can manage their time effectively
• A passionate self-starter eager to engage with people from all walks of life
• Good communicators with basic language, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow instructions in a high-risk environment
• Successful completion of Year 12
• A driver’s licence or the ability to obtain one

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the qualification and be able to work full-time.
