We are currently looking for a part time office administration trainee to join our Alstonville, NSW team. Just Better Care professionals play a key role in helping families receive the care and support services they need. You will be the point of contact for Community.

The PPT office administration trainee is an office based staff member who will perform an important role in ensuring services are delivered to customers. The PPT office administration trainee is responsible for scheduling the delivery of services using a team of Community Support Professionals as well as a range of other office based duties.
The role:
- Developing and maintaining customer service schedules, including service planning, confirmation and short notice placements and cancellations
- Preparing and transmitting schedules for customer services to Community Support Professionals
- Arranging replacement staff to cover planned or unplanned absences and shift changes
- Maintaining and updating data in company information systems
- Meeting the specified standards for the delivery of quality in-home care and support service
As well as a wide range of office based administration tasks as directed by the franchise manager.
What you will need:
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with, and confidence in using, the Microsoft Suite
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Keen desire to work within the aged and disability care industry
