We are currently looking for a part time office administration trainee to join our Gold Coast team.  Just Better Care professionals play a key role in helping families receive the care and support services they need. You will be the point of contact for Community.

We are have 2 administration trainee positions available –

 

Finance Administration Trainee

The role:

  • Ensure accurate data entry within the time frames provided by Finance Supervisor
  • Receipting
  • Processing credit card payments 
  • Respond to account queries and emails
  • First point of contact for answering phones
  • Organisation and management of supplier invoices
  • Management of invoice queries
  • Distribute  weekly invoices and monthly statements
  • Prepare daily banking 
  • Provide administration for the finance team (i.e. filing, scanning and other activities as requested by supervisor) 
  • Back-up reception duties

 

 

What you will need:

  • Current and clear Criminal Record Check
  • Possess relevant financial qualification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Sound computer skills –Microsoft Office
  • Well developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Speed and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and tact, and capacity to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team exercising initiative, innovative processes and a capacity to undertake a range of financial and administrative responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated attributes of drive and initiative, including an ability to work autonomously.

 

 

 

Reception / Office Administration Trainee 

The role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide administrative support to ensure that Just Better Care’s operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times and staff and customers’ expectation are met or exceeded
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and Just Better Care support professionals
  • Perform a wide range of office based administration tasks as directed. 

 

What you will need:

  • Current Criminal Record Check
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Keen desire to work within the aged and disability care industry 
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with, and confidence in using, the Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
