We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide the efficient and effective delivery of professional nursing care and support to customers. Our Registered Nurses provide effective leadership, supervision, and clinical support to our people where necessary.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Work under the guidance and supervision of medical practitioners, work with allied health professionals, monitor and communicate the customer’s condition, and other health and wellness related activities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to best practise, ensure that all services are provided in a caring and respectful way in accordance with Just Better Care’s policy and procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Medication Administration and Complex Clinical Care i.e. palliative care, bowel care/suppositories, catheter care, stoma care, oxygen and more.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews for aged care and NDIS participants.
- Prepare detailed reports on clinical compliance for the governing body.
- Provide leadership and direction in clinical care services delivery by providing training, coaching and guidance to Home Care Workers, Enrolled Nurses and Support Staff/Customer Support Officers as required, in collaboration with the HR department.
- Conduct skills assessments of Home Care Workers performing complex care services as required.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development.
- Participate in staff meetings and attend training opportunities when required.
- Ensure full clinical compliance and governance oversight within the business.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic customer care.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Practice Standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage compliance and governance requirements effectively
- Evidence of continued professional development
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience in the community care or health/aged care sector (preferred)
- Proof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificate
