Salary: $70K – $90K + Superannuation (based on experience and capability)
Flexible Work Options: 4-day work week available (where possible)

The Opportunity
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead recruitment efforts that directly support quality care in the community — all while enjoying genuine work-life balance.
In this role, you won’t just be hiring — you’ll be building a workforce that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
We value flexibility, which is why we offer the option of a 4-day work week (where possible) — giving you a 4-day weekend every second week to relax, recharge, and enjoy the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for aged care and support staff
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with training providers, universities, and industry contacts
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain quality candidates
- Oversee onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning with accuracy and care
- Deliver excellent support and communication to candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment — preferably within aged care, healthcare, or disability services
- A strong ability to identify, attract, and retain top talent
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, proactive, and driven to contribute meaningfully to team and company goals
Requirements
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
