An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service & Support Officer (CSSO) to join our team. The position is based in Horsham.

The Customer Service and Support Officer (CSSO) is responsible for providing rostering of shifts, shift changes and liaising with staff and customers on those matters. The CSSO is responsible for administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. The CSSO is to provide a courteous, knowledgeable and reliable liaison between customers, the public and staff members. The CSSO is vital to the perceived image of Just Better Care by external and internal stakeholders, the role calls for a professional, and enthusiastic image be maintained at all times.

The CSSO performs end to end delivery of the customer journey, ensuring individualised services and support plans are developed and delivered to both new and recurring customers. 

The CSSO helps facilitate business development, customer engagement and retention. The overall responsibility is to provide quality and safe operational supports and services, while maintaining efficiency and cost effectiveness and meeting compliance and procedural requirements. The position is primarily office based and is integral in ensuring person centred services and supports are delivered to customers in line with their service agreements and Just Better Care’s Vision, Mission and Values. 

 

What you will need:

  • Ability to meet Selection Criteria as specified in the Position description
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Clearance for work under the NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's licence
