Just Better Care is a leading provider of in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Sunshine Coast team, servicing customers throughout the Noosa area.
We offer casual and part-time roles, providing you with the flexibility to maintain a balanced lifestyle while supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes.
Your Role May Include:
- Assisting with personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support
- Providing domestic assistance including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offering social support and transport for shopping, appointments, and recreational activities
- Helping customers safely use mobility aids and equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, hoists, walking frames)
- Supporting individuals with complex care needs or behaviours
- Monitoring customers’ well-being and reporting changes or concerns
- Attending team meetings and participating in training as required
What You’ll Need:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (valid and up to date)
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
- A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)
- A smartphone with internet access
