We’re currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to support clients living independently in their homes through personalised care, practical interventions, and functional assessments.

The Role
You’ll deliver person-centred assessments and interventions in clients' homes to enhance their independence and daily living. This includes prescribing specialised equipment, developing pressure care strategies, and modifying living environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of client needs across funding areas including Home Care Packages and NDIS
- Provide both short- and long-term rehabilitation, including group programs (e.g., Parkinson’s Disease, Falls Prevention)
- Recommend and prescribe simple to complex equipment
- Support minor and major home modifications to ensure safety and mobility
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and monitor care plans
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care, community health, or disability services (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and clinical problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working independently and managing a varied caseload
Additional Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or valid Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – preferred
