We’re currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to support clients living independently in their homes through personalised care, practical interventions, and functional assessments.

The Role

You’ll deliver person-centred assessments and interventions in clients' homes to enhance their independence and daily living. This includes prescribing specialised equipment, developing pressure care strategies, and modifying living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of client needs across funding areas including Home Care Packages and NDIS
• Provide both short- and long-term rehabilitation, including group programs (e.g., Parkinson’s Disease, Falls Prevention)
• Recommend and prescribe simple to complex equipment
• Support minor and major home modifications to ensure safety and mobility
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and monitor care plans

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
• Experience in aged care, community health, or disability services (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and clinical problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working independently and managing a varied caseload

Additional Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or valid Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – preferred
