About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Client Services Manager to oversee and enhance our service delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Aged Care and NDIS services are efficient, compliant, and of the highest standard. You will lead a dedicated team, assisting the Business Manager with payroll process as required, ensuring adherence to NDIS and Aged Care regulations while fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service delivery to ensure high quality, person-centred care.
- Lead and mentor staff to maintain a supportive and effective workplace.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and staff training.
- Ensure financial oversight of Client funding, including payroll, budget management, and funding allocations.
- Maintain NDIS compliance and Aged Care regulatory standards.
- Liaise with external agencies to enhance service integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practices.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in team leadership and operational management within the Aged Care or Disability sectors.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, Aged Care standards, and funding models.
- Excellent financial and budget management skills, including payroll oversight.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change in a complex work environment.
- High proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People check, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check.
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
