About the Role
We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses and Qualified Support Workers to join our community-based team. This is your opportunity to work in a rewarding, flexible role with a supportive and professional network. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer homes to deliver individualised care
- Work under the guidance of Registered Nurses or Allied Health professionals
- Provide complex clinical care (e.g., medication admin, wound, stoma, catheter, bowel, oxygen, palliative, diabetes care)
- Monitor and report on customer wellbeing and care outcomes
- Deliver personal care – showering, dressing, grooming, medication support
- Provide domestic assistance – cleaning, laundry, meal prep
- Support with social engagement – shopping, appointments, community activities
- Use and support customers with mobility aids and equipment
- Support customers within Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
- Coach and guide support workers as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with policy and compliance requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings
What You’ll Need
- Diploma of Nursing (minimum)
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Card & Blue Card
- Satisfactory Criminal Record & Federal Police Checks
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (where applicable)
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous experience in aged care or community nursing
- Familiarity with DVA Community Nursing guidelines
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
