We’re looking for passionate, caring, and reliable Support Workers to join our vibrant team and empower participants to live more independently in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
And because we truly value commitment and consistency — you’ll receive a $500 Sign-On Bonus after 6 months of full-time continuous service!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide person-centred support to participants in SIL homes
- Assist with daily living tasks — cooking, cleaning, personal care, and medication prompts
- Support community access, social inclusion, and life skill development
- Encourage independence and confidence in daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Support Workers with at least a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
- Prior SIL or NDIS experience highly regarded
- Compassionate, dependable, and great at building rapport
- Hold a Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver’s Licence
- Committed to providing exceptional, consistent support
