Jamie's Italian in Perth is one of the city's busiest restaurants, representing one of the world's most famous chefs, serving Jamie's rustic dishes created using tried and tested recipes. Jamie's friend and mentor, Gennaro Contaldo has added substance to what is now the essence of Jamie's Italian – tradition combined with current, innovative ideas and a Jamie twist. There's also a beautiful bar where we offer smashing wine, beer and cocktails to complement our simple, fresh food.
About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie you will have oversight of a section within the kitchen in and out of service periods, assisting to direct and develop a brigade of apprentices, cooks and commis chefs. You will work closely with the floor team to share your knowledge and passion, ensuring the Jamie's brand is well cared for and the dishes leaving your pass are second to none.
As a Commis Chef you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent as a chef in one of Perth's busiest restaurants, while being mentored by our senior chefs!
About You:
You have a passion for all things Jamie Oliver and are not afraid of high volume! As a chef you have uncompromising food safety, hygiene and WHS standard and product integrity from sourcing through to serving.
