Jamie's Italian in Canberra is one of the city's busiest restaurants, representing one of the world's most famous chefs, serving Jamie's rustic dishes created using tried and tested recipes.
About the Role:
We currently have an opportunity for a Full Time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will possess a natural flair for engaging with our guests, being a representative of Jamie Oliver himself. You have previous experience as a supervisor in a small to medium sized restaurant, and are looking for that next opportunity to step up to the plate. You are well presented, have great communication skills and are currently seeking an opportunity to join a dedicated and professional bunch of people who love hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leading shifts from the front and supporting all departments in the execution of service
· Excellent product knowledge with a willingness to keep learning and training others
· Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in operational requirements
· Being an ambassador for the Jamie Oliver brand
