The Opportunity:

As an Employer Branding (EB) specialist, you'll have the chance to work on exciting and innovative projects for our clients that will challenge you to think creatively and strategically. You will be primarily responsible for growing our EB services through building strong client relationships, showcasing our offering and delivering EB projects for clients. This includes the design, ownership and drive of customised EB campaigns for our clients, such as the creation of EVPs, marketing collateral, facilitation of workshops and amplification of messaging on a variety of channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to collaboratively drive proposals and opportunities for EB projects alongside our Sales team while ensuring the profitability and financial success of the EB business unit.

You will build on a strong foundation and take over a history of success whilst having the opportunity and freedom to spearhead the development of the department and grow the headcount in line with your success.

You enjoy engaging with prospects and have well-developed communication skills. Moreover, you are confident in your knowledge and abilities and present yourself in a professional manner.

You are a natural leader who commands the attention of the room. You have the ability to inspire those around you and bring innovation and creativity to your role. As an EB specialist, you have experience in facilitating discovery, crafting EVP messaging, conducting strategic recommendations, communicating a clear plan and amplifying clients' messages to position them as employers of choice.

Skills and qualifications

• Experience in Employer Branding and content creation
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Previous experience in PR or communications (desirable but not essential)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
