The Opportunity

At Scout Talent Group, we’re excited for a Systems Analyst to join our team full-time role based at our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane.

As our Systems Analyst, you will sit within the Finance Team and collaborate with our SalesForce administrators and Senior Leadership Team. You will assist all teams within our global business to provide systems insights and recommendations.

We utilise multiple systems at Scout Talent Group, including SalesForce, Pendo, Gong, Atrium, and our Scout software suite. Our Systems Analyst needs to be able to work across multiple platforms confidently, with strong SalesForce skills.

Core duties:

• Collaborate with other staff, including senior business leaders, to define and document business needs and requirements;
• Analyse and identify areas for improvement in our business processes and procedures;
• Recommend improvements to business practices and system functionality;
• Develop and manage systems-related project plans, resources, and costs using project management methodologies;
• Design and implement solutions to ensure the quality and integrity of the system;
• Create user documentation for our team, and conduct training for system developers; 
• Be the core source of information and reference for systems globally, and provide support during project processes; and
• Evaluate existing systems processes and methods, propose relevant modifications, and recommend new systems to meet user needs.

You will also have:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a systems analyst role
• A bachelor's degree in business
• Extensive SalesForce experience and strong understanding, particularly in reports and databases
• Strong collaborative nature and want to help impact a business
• Experience developing functional specifications based on specific user needs and requests
• Business process analysis and optimisation experience

Working independently and as part of a dynamic team, you will bring a genuine passion for systems analysis and understanding its importance within a business.
