We are seeking to employ an experienced Residential Manager to join the JUNIPER TEAM as a Full time Relief Residential Manager working 75 hours a fortnight.

You would be required to support and travel to our REGIONAL and REMOTE locations ( North West Regional WA: Wagin,  Northam , Albany,  Kataning, Remote:  Derby, Fitzroy - Crossing and Kununurra where accommodation is provided.) Including PERTH METRO site locations.

The purpose is to cover planned and unplanned leave.

To succeed in this position you will need to be a compassionate and confident person, preferably with significant experience within the aged care sector and with managing a large, diverse team. In addition to your outstanding people skills, you will need to be comfortable using technology, experienced with managing budgets and able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally. 

Recent experience with the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding model will be highly regarded, as will a current AHPRA Registration.

 The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Possess a relevant qualification (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of budget and financial management
  • Demonstrated experience with managing human resources and rostering
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Understanding of the principles of change management 
  • Above average communication skills (written and oral)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office Programs and other business software.
  • Satisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy and Police Clearance
