We are seeking an exemplary leader who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and lead a dedicated team at our well-established Juniper Annesley site located in Bentley. Our beautiful 94 beds facility provides a comfortable and homely atmosphere to our residents. This site has residents living with dementia who require special support and care. 

 

To succeed as our Residential Manager you will be a dynamic, compassionate and energetic person. Your career history will demonstrate your ability to develop teams, provide a customer-focused environment, manage complex operations, achieve results, orchestrate mutually beneficial outcomes, and navigate a highly regulated industry undergoing reform.

 

We welcome candidates with experience from aged care, health, disability, and other human services. This position is supported by a breadth of professionals across clinical, hospitality and care disciplines which opens this role to an accomplished non-clinician leader too with the right capabilities.

 

In addition to your outstanding people skills, you will need to be comfortable using technology, experienced with managing budgets and able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally. You will be known for your integrity, and comfortable to lead in a manner consistent with Juniper's values.

 

Recent experience with the Aged Care Quality Standards and familiarity with the reform activities following the Royal Commission will be highly regarded.

The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Possess a relevant qualification (Business, Leadership, Clinical - including current APHRA registration)
  • Participative and dynamic leadership style
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of budget and financial management
  • Demonstrated experience with managing human resources and rostering
  • Commitment to the development of your team and promoting a strengths-based approach 
  • Demonstrated operational management skills
  • History of delivering change effectively
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, resourcefulness, and initiative.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office Programs and other business software.
  • Satisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy, Police Clearance and NDIS Worker screening ID.
