We are currently seeking a full-time Rostering and Scheduling Officer, to join the team at our Juniper Home and Community Care site, based in Bentley.

Whilst working in this rewarding role you will provide efficient and effective allocation of client services and rostering for Community Support Workers and other clinical team members.  Care and services provided will be responsive, timely and empowering, enabling Juniper clients to lead a safe and independent value added life within their own home.    

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on site at our Bentley office. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm. 

Candidates with prior scheduling experience, especially using AvantCare, will be viewed favourably.

Key Responsibilities of this role

  • Continuous and smooth allocation of client services
  • Complete scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and timelines
  • Timely database updates
  • Answer enquiries and provide information regarding services 
  • Provide excellent customer service

The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Experience in a dynamic rostering office environment – favourable
  • Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care – desirable
  • Aged Care experience - desirable
  • Ability to prioritise and excellent time management 
  • Competency in computer operation and knowledge of business, office processes and information management
  • Positive interpersonal and communication skills including telephone, face to face and small work groups
  • Willingness and ability to integrate positively with a team
