Juniper Hayloft Residential Aged Care is a well-established facility offering 100 beds of residential, memory support, and transitional care. Our homely atmosphere provides comfort to residents, including those living with dementia who require specialised support. Your Role:

In this dynamic position, each day presents unique challenges. Working in a small team of administrators as part of a busy reception team, responsibilities will include taking phone calls and service enquiries, filing, data entry, record keeping and many other general administrative duties. You will be part of a friendly team, building a homely and respectful environment, engaging with and welcoming clients. To excel in this role, you should be an adaptable and customer-focused individual capable of managing a busy phone system and reception area with a professional and accommodating demeanour.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site
  • Providing administrative assistance to the in-house teams
  • Client and stationary orders, raising Purchase Orders and following up with suppliers
  • Management of incoming emails from clients and vendors
  • Acting as a point of contact for client enquiries and escalating where required 
  • General administration, such as filing, data entry, word processing and photocopying
  • Input and maintenance of records to ensure that they meet both internal and external reporting requirements

The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Aged care sector experience will be highly regarded
  • Be highly organised and possess the ability to multi-task
  • Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Procura experience highly regarded
  • Outlook and office software knowledge
