Our homely atmosphere provides comfort to residents, including those living with dementia who require specialised support. Your Role:
As a Residential Manager, you'll lead with passion and purpose, overseeing operational and clinical aspects while fostering a culture of excellence and empathy. Your role will involve extensive engagement with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of care and services. An ideal leader will possess a people-centred approach, be customer-focused, and excel in care delivery and goal-oriented individualised service. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents receive personalised care in line with their needs and preferences.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional care.
- Manage assets, finances, and operational risks effectively.
- Drive change initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging staff to contribute ideas and solutions for enhancing resident care and operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless coordination of care transitions for residents moving between different levels of care within Juniper facilities or transitioning to external care providers.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and residents.
- Ensure transition care services are provided at the highest level.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Business, Leadership, Clinical (with current APHRA registration), or equivalent
- Significant leadership and people management experience with the ability to develop and influence others and effect change within an organisation as required.
- Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and understanding of not-for-profit sector regulations.
- Experience in the use of appropriate information management systems to enable effective reporting and inform decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
