About the role:

We are seeking an intermediate-level Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract until June 2025, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time role thereafter. Working closely with the Application Manager, the Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that Juniper's key line-of-business applications and operating systems are configured and maintained in accordance with vendor and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continuous operation and performance of key line-of-business applications.
  • Support upgrades, migrations, and new business system deployments.
  • Manage changes to applications in conjunction with Change Management processes including testing and cut over.
  • Facilitate support in investigation and resolution of application issues.
  • Provide specialist advice to end users.
  • Produce appropriate build, operational, and documentation i.e. business requirements, system design, configuration.
  • Work closely with the external support team and be available for after-hours support.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field with substantial experience in the implementation of ERP solutions.
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, system testing and complex data migration.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead implementations and upgrades from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining line-of-business applications, preferably within the Healthcare or Aged Care sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server Environment and SQL database management.
  • Current business-focused IT certifications such as Agile, ITIL or Prince2 foundation level or above will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
