As a team that values collaboration, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced full time Recruitment Advisor to join our team located at our head office in Balcatta. 

Position Overview: 

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Your expertise in recruitment, particularly within regional and remote areas, will be crucial in attracting the right talent to our organization. We are looking for someone who not only has a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape but is also passionate about finding and placing candidates who will thrive within our team. Experience in Indigenous recruitment within Western Australia will be highly regarded, as we aim to create a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, with a focus on attracting talent to regional and remote positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for recruitment, selection, and Indigenous employment initiatives.
  • Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote our organization and attract diverse talent.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in regional, remote, and Indigenous settings within Western Australia.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Passion for our mission and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
