About the Role:
We are currently seeking patient, customer service-oriented Multiskilled Carers to join our team. In this role, you will partner with residents to meet their daily living, social, and emotional needs, delivering person-centered care that enhances their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with hygiene needs, including bathing, dental hygiene, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Support residents in maintaining or restoring their independence by assisting with activities of interest and mobility aids as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, reporting relevant information to Nursing, Allied Health, and Management as required.
- Maintain effective workplace communication, demonstrating respect, openness to change, and kindness.
- Assist with medication administration in accordance with Juniper policies.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent) – essential
- Minimum 12 months' experience as a carer in an aged care or acute healthcare setting – essential
- Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate effectively with health professionals, service providers, and case managers
- Ability to interpret individual care plans and provide care tailored to individual goals
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Understanding of cognitive strategies, social interaction, and meeting the mental and emotional health needs of residents
