About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive team at Juniper Korumup in Albany. This opportunity is open to both newly graduated and experienced Enrolled Nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care within the scope of your registration, while guiding and supervising care staff to ensure that person-centred care principles are consistently applied. You will also be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in a residential aged care setting.

This is a permanent part-time position offering 31.5 hours per fortnight:

  • Week 1: Monday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Week 2: Friday 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing and clinical care based on individual care plans
  • Safely administer medications
  • Supervise and support staff in delivering person-centred care
  • Address concerns from residents' families in collaboration with the Residential Manager
  • Maintain AN-ACC assessments and referral documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Strong skills in planning and coordinating care
  • Ability to supervise staff and support families
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound knowledge of AN-ACC documentation requirements

What’s on offer:

  • Base pay rate between $36.41 - $38.69 per hour
  • Additional penalty rates for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
  • Permanent part-time role with 2-3 shifts per week
