Our commitment to cultural safety and community control drives our work each day. We are seeking a visionary Executive Manager to propel our Mental Health & SEWB team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee and manage our Mental Health & SEWB teams. This role is responsible for driving reform and innovation in delivery of Mental Health and Social & Emotional wellbeing (SEWB) models and services across KAMS and member services. As a strategic leader, you will strengthen the effectiveness, accessibility and cultural responsiveness of our services for Aboriginal people, while building strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of service providers and stakeholders.
You will be expected to collaborate effectively with the KAMS CEO, Deputy CEO, Executive Management team, Member Service CEOs to enhance services, quality and ensure continuous improvement. The position will report to the Deputy CEO and as a strategic leader, you will be tasked with providing guidance and support on the development, implementation and refinement of services aligned with our purpose and strategic direction.

- Demonstrated senior management experience in a complex setting
- Proven success in stakeholder relationship management
