is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. In this rewarding role, you will provide meaningful support to individuals with disabilities, within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) residence. Your work will assist to empower people to build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy a fulfilling quality of life.

Location: Keystone Centre - Woodridge QLD 
Remuneration range: 
$35.27 - $38.48 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts
Employment Type: Casual Opportunities, We currently have shifts available for:

  • Daytime supports
  • Evening supports
  • Weekend Supports
  • Sleepover Supports

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and support residents to develop life skills and routines that promote independence.
  • Build respectful, positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with individual support plans and NDIS standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any risks or concerns.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community support roles.
  • Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid QLD Driver’s Licence.
