Your future in food starts here | Key Account Manager Support Assistant

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will support and facilitate all functions relating to non-commercial activities between the customer and internal stakeholders to support the financial performance of some of our key accounts, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and experience is delivered. This role works closely with Strategic Business Development, Planning, Production, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Export Documents, Livestock teams.

Location: Kilcoy or Birtinya

 

ABOUT YOU

YOUR RESPONSILBITIES

  • Develop in depth knowledge of customer across business, markets and products
  • Accurate and timely input, preparation and collation of all Sales related data.
  • Deliver high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Balanced demand and supply plan for key account
  • Implement best fit service program for key account
  • Stock reconciliation and forecast accuracy

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will bring with you:

  • Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in demand and/ or supply
  • Beef product knowledge preferred
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be a Self-starter
  • Proactive ‘can do’ attitude

Qualifications required:

  • 2+ year’s experience in similar roles such as Customer service, Sales or Planning
