About the Role
As the Team Manager of our Townsville Clinic, you’ll oversee a dedicated and growing team, reporting to the QLD State Manager. Supported by our regional Cairns and Mackay offices, you’ll manage a team that provides a comprehensive suite of Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation services, including Pre-Employment Medicals and Injury Prevention. This role is ideal for both new and established leaders, offering a unique opportunity to make the role your own in a space with significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Mentoring: Inspire and mentor your team, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence in service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards across both physical and psychological cases, ensuring quality care and service.

About You
- Accreditation: Accredited health professional with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC registration.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in workplace rehab, with expertise in either physical or psychological (vocational) consulting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, guiding your team towards shared goals.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional workplace rehab and occupational health services with a client-centred approach.
- Team Builder: Skilled in enhancing team cohesion and motivation, creating a positive and engaging work environment.
