At KINNECT, our NSW Team is expanding, and we're seeking a Team Manager to support this growth—a perfect leadership step for an experienced Workplace Rehab Consultant.

Due to our ongoing growth, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Team Manager in Sydney, with the option to work at either our Macquarie Park or Mascot Clinic. You'll be working alongside an existing Team Manager, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of approximately six Workplace Rehab Consultants, overseeing quality assurance and driving operational excellence within your KINNECT clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, support, and mentor your team, ensuring they deliver top-quality care and grow professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in service delivery across both physical and psychological cases.
  • Financial Accountability: Share responsibility for the clinic’s financial performance, driving success through strategic management.

About You:

Accreditation: Must be an accredited registered health professional with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in workplace rehab, either in physical or psychological (vocational) consulting.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire a culture of collaboration and innovation, guiding your team toward shared goals.

Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering workplace rehab and occupational health services with a customer-centric approach.

Team Building: Enhance team cohesion and motivation by creating a positive, engaging work environment.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, efficient, and constructive information exchange.
