Are you looking to break into a Finance role and gain exposure to Accounts Payable. Receivables and Invoicing in a support team environment where no two days are the same?
About the Role:
We’re looking for an all-rounder Finance Officer to join our team for 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days. You’ll have the flexibility to start and finish between 8am and 5pm, making it easy to fit around school pick-ups or other commitments. Based in our Mermaid Beach office, you’ll play a key role in managing a variety of financial tasks, contributing to the success of Australia's largest privately-owned occupational health business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and setup of new customers.
- Handle reconciliation and accounts payable functions.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, responding to queries and following up payments.
- Create customer financial reports.
- Perform data entry and process payments.
- Assist the finance team with other administrative and finance-related tasks.
