As the Team Manager of KINNECT’s Maroochydore Clinic, you will guide and mentor a diverse and growing team of 5 Consultants. Reporting to the QLD State Manager and supported by our broader Southeast Queensland leadership network, you’ll step into a well-established clinic offering a comprehensive range of Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation services. About You

  • Accreditation: You hold current registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in workplace rehabilitation (physical or psychological).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration, guiding teams toward shared goals.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional occupational health and rehab services.
  • Team Building: Skilled in creating a positive, motivating environment that empowers others to excel.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for clear, constructive information exchange.
