Are you an experienced occupational health and/or workplace rehabilitation leader ready to drive success in a dynamic and growing organisation? At KINNECT, we are passionate about delivering innovative occupational health and workplace rehabilitation services. We’re seeking a highly motivated State Manager WA & SA based Belmont WA, reporting to the COO to shape and guide the strategic direction of KINNECT  and make a lasting impact in the industry.

What Will Your Day Look Like as a State Manager for KINNECT?

  • Lead a team of Team Managers, Workplace Rehabilitation Consultants and Occupational Health Consultants spanning various allied health disciplines across 4 locations and 2 states. Play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth and expansion of KINNECT occupational health and workplace rehabilitation services across WA and SA. We are a leading provider of pre-employment medical assessments, health surveillance services as well as workplace rehabilitation services
  • Coach and support Team Managers in customer relations, complaint resolution, quality assurance, performance management, and recruitment, fostering a dynamic and rewarding work environment for consultants to excel in.
  • Manage key customer accounts within the region, strengthening business partnerships, and lead Team Managers to champion initiatives that drive customer growth and ensure the highest service quality is consistently delivered.
  • Take full accountability for the region’s P&L, ensuring continued success, profitability, and sustainable growth.
  • Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and fostering strong relationships to drive business objectives forward.
  • Represent KINNECT at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and market engagement.

  • Proven leadership experience in occupational health, workplace rehabilitation, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in day-to-day operations—we are a small, close-knit team, and this role isn’t just about strategy and meetings. You’ll need to roll up your sleeves, assist with on-the-ground management and be available to support the team when needed.
