We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing team in South Melbourne.  In this dynamic role, you’ll support individuals recovering from physical and psychological injuries and help them achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for workers with physical and/or psychological injuries.
  • Perform workplace evaluations to identify job demands and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide clear, clinically justified recommendations through high-quality reports.
  • Carry out Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments, coordinate necessary services, and prescribe appropriate equipment.
  • Case manage complex injuries, liaising closely with treating doctors and allied health professionals.
  • Mentor and support fellow practitioners while leading the delivery of injury prevention programs.

Injury Prevention Services Include:

  • Pre-Employment Assessments including drug & alcohol, audiology, spirometry, vision, and functional testing. 
  • Job dictionary is a detailed document outlining the essential duties, physical demands, and cognitive requirements of a specific job, crucial for assessing a client's suitability for return to work in workplace rehabilitation.
  • Manual Task Risk Assessments. 
  • Interactive Manual Handling Training and Stretching and Warm Up programs. 
  • Workplace-based, home-based and vehicle-based ergonomic assessments.
