Join Us in Launching Our New Clinic in Wayville!
We’re excited to be opening the doors to a brand-new clinic and are looking for passionate individuals to join us on this journey. Located on Greenhill Road, Wayville, this is a unique opportunity to be part of something fresh — to help shape and grow a brand-new team from the ground up.
As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the clinic. Your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, including delivering outstanding customer service, answering phones, coordinating bookings, and managing results for pre-employment medicals and assessments.
As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, your key duties will include:
- Answering a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments.
- Liaising with stakeholders and clients via our online chat portal.
- Scheduling pre-employment assessments.
- Collating results from pre-employment assessments and liaising with KINNECT’s medical team.
- Attending to inbound calls from a wide range of clients in an efficient and professional manner.
The successful candidate will be required to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 5pm with a 30-minute break at our clinic in Greenhill Road.
