KINNECT is opening a brand-new clinic in Adelaide, and we’re looking for a motivated and capable Team Manager to lead the way. This rare opportunity offers you the chance to take ownership of a clinic from the ground up—while continuing to deliver hands-on workplace rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
As the Team Manager Occupational Health & Rehabilitation, you will:
- Inherit an active caseload of national large contracts —managing both physical and psychological return-to-work cases.
- With Sales and Account Management support, grow clinic operations over time, expanding the caseload, recruiting consultants, and diversifying services as demand increases.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic management, with an on-site Occupational Health Nurse completing Occupational Health Services, a Medical Support Team Member and Account Manager, creating a positive workplace culture.
- Mentor and support your team as it forms—starting with yourself and an Occupational Health Nurse—ensuring high standards of care and quality assurance.
- Contribute to both financial and strategic planning, tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with KINNECT's national leadership.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years' experience in Workplace Rehabilitation, with strong case management skills in return-to-work programs.
- Leadership potential: Prior management experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll support your growth.
- Hands-on approach: You’re comfortable managing your own caseload while mentoring and overseeing clinic operations.
- Occupational Health knowledge: Familiarity with OH frameworks is beneficial; training provided.
- Professional accreditation: Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
- Client focus & communication: Strong ability to engage with injured workers, employers, and insurers to drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
