We’re seeking an ACN Contractor Occupational Health Doctor to support our growing demand for remote medical sign-off work, including pre-employment, periodic fitness for duty assessments and health surveillance assessments.

This role is ideal for a doctor looking for flexible hours and autonomy, while still contributing meaningfully to a dynamic and supportive clinical team. You can work from anywhere in Australia, with preferred coverage on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. A regular commitment of at least 3-hour sessions per week is preferred for best integration and system familiarity.

About You

You’re a clinically experienced doctor who values flexibility, accuracy, and high standards in patient care. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in occupational medicine is essential. While this role is suited to a non-specialist medical officer, candidates with FRACGP or FACRRM qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Unconditional AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Digital literacy and comfort using technology-enabled healthcare systems
  • A customer-focused mindset and ability to work both independently and within a virtual team
