KINNECT is seeking an Insurance Relationship Manager to take on a high-impact, newly created role, focused on managing and expanding our key insurance partnerships across NSW and VIC.

This role will be pivotal in shaping KINNECT’s current and future relationships with insurer, employer, broker and regulator relationships across the state-based NSW and VIC workers compensation insurance markets.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a sales and account management leadership position, responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue, and building strategic partnerships across the insurance sector.

Location: This role can be based in South Melbourne, Newcastle, Mascot or Macquarie Park. However, we’re open to candidates based anywhere across VIC or NSW if they have the right skills, networks, and experience.

Your New Role Will Include:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with insurers, employers, brokers and regulators
  • Increasing KINNECT’s market share by identifying and delivering growth strategies across state-based insurance portfolios
  • Managing the delivery of high-quality workplace rehab services through collaboration with operational teams
  • Representing KINNECT at industry forums and events, acting as a thought leader and advocate
  • Writing strategic proposals and tenders, providing performance reporting and insights
  • Develop unique and effective strategies for each of the segments that achieves growth
  • Identifying opportunities for product development and service improvement
  • Driving operational alignment, customer satisfaction and service quality in partnership with internal leaders
